Summer Camps

Many residents of the Southeast or Northeast States have cherished childhood memories of attending Summer Camp in Hendersonville. Known as the “Sleep-away Camp Capital of the United States” the region hosts thousands of children every summer in such venerable camps as Bluestar, Pinewood, Judea, Timberlake, Merri-Mac, Ton-A-Wanda, Greystone and more than 30 other camps hosting the youth of the nation every summer.
